Calling all students and young artists! The Tanzlabor_21 project ensemble PET goes into its next round. Applications for projects as part of PET_10 and PET_11 can be sent in as of now.
Final deadline for all applications is March 26, 2012.
We are looking forward to receive many exciting concepts and ideas!
For one whole day, various groups and organizations will present their activities and their enthusiasm for dance and so invite their cities to dance. Young and old will pick up their feet to actively take part, experiment with new styles or simply watch.
In August this year, Tanzlabor_21 begins a new project for children and teens age 14 years and older, who are interested in dance and performance. Main component of the membership is a one-year course. It will be lead by Wiebke Dröge.
Training takes place weekdays from 10.00 to 11.30 am at Künstlerhaus Mousonturm, Waldschmidtstr. 4, 60316 Frankfurt.
Fees: Day ticket 4,- € / 10-visits 25,- € / Month ticket 40,- €.
After the scheduled end of funding through Tanzplan Deutschland, the projects of Tanzlabor_21 have continued since 2011 with a new funding structure.
Thanks to the commitment of the Kulturfonds Frankfurt RheinMain and an alliance of foundations [Aventis Foundation, BHF-Bank-Stiftung, Crespo Foundation, Dr. Marschner-Stiftung, Frankfurter Bürgerstiftung im Holzhausenschlößchen, Stiftung Polytechnische Gesellschaft] the continuation and further developments of all Tanzlabor_21 projects has been secured; the City of Frankfurt and the Land Hessen have moreover pledged to continue their financial support as well.
