In regular artists talk-back sessions (talkART Tanzlabor_21) on selected guest performances, co-productions and Künstlerhaus Mousonturm productions, the audience has the chance to speak with artists about their pieces after the performance in the Mousonturm and to learn more about various artistic approaches, processes and methods. Two to four lecture performances a year complement the "normal" performance program for a dance-interested audience.
The series RECHERCHEN invites authors, academics and artists across genre boundaries to approach a topic from various perspectives. To do so, RECHERCHEN draws on various disciplines, their respective methods, ways of thinking and representation. Practices and theories are defined as forms of thinking and knowledge, the notion and translation of world. Moderated discussions, which seek to achieve a continuous debate together with the audience and attempt a shared process of thinking, always follow each event.
